Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) is a leading Spanish technical university with extensive experience in user-centred innovation, digital technologies, and applied research.
Within TRUST, UPM leads Work Package 5: Platform Validation, ensuring that the TRUST platform is tested and validated in real-world scenarios with SMEs, Data Protection Officers (DPOs), medical researchers, and certification bodies.
UPM also leads functional validation of the Enhanced LLM Abstraction Layer with interoperability testing, performance benchmarking and scenario-based assessments with reliability metrics in Work Package 2.
By gathering feedback from future users and running functional validations, UPM helps improve the usability, effectiveness, and adoption of TRUST solutions.
